Experteer Overview In this role you drive day-to-day trial operations within Medpace’s Clinical Trial Management Group in Madrid, leveraging CNS/Ophthalmology expertise to advance therapeutic development. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure study deliverables meet ICH/GCP standards and contractual obligations, while guiding risk management and vendor oversight. You help shape operational plans and sponsor communications, contributing to patient-centered outcomes. This position offers remote flexibility after probation and a path to leadership within a general CRO.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Manage day-to-day project operations per contract and ICH/GCP requirements - Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables - Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication - Oversee cross-functional project teams and ensure training compliance - Review input for study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan,
