Experteer Overview In this role you will guide clients through Workday reporting and analytics transformations, turning business needs into efficient, best-practice reports and configurations. You’ll work within the Workday Business Group to deliver cloud-based HR analytics and enable smarter decisions at scale. Your work supports large, general projects and AI-enabled reporting initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements, analyze data, and resolve issues while advancing your expertise in Workday analytics and GenAI-enabled delivery.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Assess and rationalise client reporting needs and provide a value-based reporting inventory.
- Collaborate with clients to identify, define, and translate technical requirements into efficient reports and configurations.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in large data sets.
- Understand complex analytics use cases and propose workarounds while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and analytics in Workday or similar ERPs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to translate and visualize requirements using Workday or similar analytics platforms.
- Ability to meet travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
