About the role

As a Flutter Engineer you will be working with a high performance team that was formerly part of Google and PayPal. You should be motivated by our mission to empower women to achieve more by bringing them together using AI and enjoy the challenge of finding PMF in a dynamic startup environment.

You'll be responsible for collaborating with product, design, engineers, and even directly with customers to produce a world-class consumer social product, helping women to build their social circle.

You will have the opportunity to create a new-era social network deployed across mobile platforms that connects women worldwide. Your creativity paired with perseverance will be among the core qualities which will help you succeed. We ship fast, sweat the details, and care about a beautifully polished mobile experience.

You do not need to know any machine learning but should have a strong desire to learn more on the job working alongside our ex Google founder and friends with strong AI background.

Requirements

- Extremely effective, self-driven builder
- 3+ years building production Flutter apps for iOS and Android
- At least 1 year of experience building and owning a complete end-to-end technology stack (Frontend + Backend + Cloud + CI/CD)
- Strong Dart skills, Clean Architecture and MVVM, solid async/isolates understanding
- Experience with state management using Riverpod or Bloc, dependency injection with get_it
- Experience with Firebase Auth, Firestore, Remote Config, FCM, Crashlytics, and Analytics/Performance
- Experience with testing (unit, widget, integration, golden)




- Operational knowledge of CI/CD using Fastlane with GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Codemagic
- Strong product sense and customer centric mindset
- Strong remote working communication skills

Bonus

- Experience building and managing engineering teams is a plus
- Overlap with Spain hours and ability to meet in person once a quarter
- AppsFlyer, GA4, Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude in production
- A/B testing
