You will guide priorities, develop talent, and ensure high-quality, actionable insights for Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data partners. The role blends people leadership with hands-on analytics to shape analytics standards and drive business impact. - 6+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or data science
- Experience managing or developing analysts
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive execution across multiple workstreams
- Strong experience applying analytics to digital subscription products and engagement analysis
- Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
- Expertise in data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
