In this pivotal Senior Product Owner position, you will connect commercial priorities with product strategy, data engineering, and technology capabilities
Your core mission is to replace fragmented local reporting with unified, scalable analytics products that integrate directly into operational workflows

Translate commercial decisions and operational challenges into actionable data tools and decision-support systems
Consolidate country-specific reporting requests into reusable general tools to eliminate duplication
Establish clear metrics for product adoption, business value, and overall performance
Align analytics initiatives with corporate data models, architecture standards, and KPI governance frameworks
Coordinate product rollouts, user training, cross-team dependencies, and lifecycle management for all analytics tools

6+ years as a Product Owner in Analytics or Data Science




~ Strong retail / e-commerce background, ideally in assortment and commercial steering
~ Track record turning business needs into scalable analytics products and clear commercial outcomes
~ Solid understanding of data modelling, data architecture, ETL and modern analytics platforms
~ Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
~ Hands-on exposure to SQL or Python
~ Familiarity with Google Cloud, BigQuery and agile practices (Scrum, Jira)
~ Permanent contract
