In this role you lead the Project Supply Management team within Procurement and Supply Chain at Airbus Crisa, guiding cross-functional collaboration across Space programs. You drive supplier performance, contract execution, and risk management to secure on-time, on-cost deliverables. You will shape procurement strategies, promote lean practices, and support profitability while fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture. This is a chance to influence critical space programs and advance digital, efficient procurement practices.

• Lead and develop the direct team; promote collaboration and cross-functional work
• Execute and optimize the Source process and related sub-processes
• Optimize resources for competitiveness and efficiency
• Coordinate supplier activities and ensure clear need communication
• Ensure compliance with ethics, compliance, and export control standards
• Contribute to short/mid/long-term business security and profitability
• Coordinate team and cross-area meetings; manage reporting
• Represent Procurement to Programs/Sales and consolidate deliverables, risks, and changes
• Draft, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts; analyze agreements
• Organize tender evaluation and supplier selection/negotiation aligned with sourcing strategies
• Ensure coherent procurement approaches across Programs/Sales and Procurement
• Support proposal with Supply Management functions; prepare cost brochures and reporting
• Deliver OQOTOC and related documentation; consolidate hardware cost and non-quality costs
• Oversee external subcontractor performance and manufacturing activities
• Drive business transformation, safety, leadership, and culture change
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Spanish and English at negotiation level
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
• Procurement, Legal or Commercial experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement and/or commercial contracts
• Experience dealing with customers and suppliers and interfacing with higher management
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes: supplier reviews, export control, subcontract management, invoicing and payment, dispute resolution
• Project management experience
• SAP tool knowledge
• Willingness to learn and adapt to additional skills
