Position: Senior SAP HCM Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Madrid, Spain, based on project requirements)
Duration: Permanent / Freelance

Description:
The service involves supporting the SAP migration project from ECC to S/4HANA across all project phases, followed by the implementation of additional functionalities available in the new version.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in internal and client workshops for process definition and follow-up of conclusions and action items.
• Prepare solution analysis documentation, including:
- Business Blueprint documents
- Functional Design Specifications
- Other functional and project-related documentation
• Implement solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.




• Support the deployment of new functionalities and process improvements available in S/4HANA.

Required Skills:
Must-Have:
• Experience as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant.
• Strong expertise in:
- SAP HCM PA/PY (Personnel Administration & Payroll)
- SAP HCM PT (Time Management)
- SAP HCM PD (Personnel Development)
• Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).

Nice-to-Have:
• Experience working with offshore teams.
