Experteer Overview
As AI-Native Delivery Lead, you steer the end-to-end delivery of the Payco platform, aligning timelines, quality, and business goals. You coordinate architects, engineers, and AI-enabled teams to scale payments, collections, and subledger capabilities. You’ll refine delivery processes and governance in an AI-first setting, balancing stakeholder needs with technical excellence. This role shapes delivery culture and accelerates innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Payco platform within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product stakeholders, and AI-assisted workflows
• Oversee project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Promote AI-native delivery practices such as AI-assisted development, specification-driven delivery, and automated quality controls
• Facilitate technical discussions and evaluate solution designs, architectural trade-offs, and implementation approaches
• Establish and improve delivery processes, governance models, and collaborative practices for an agile team




• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular progress, risk, and milestone updates

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, program leadership, or technology consulting
• Proven track record leading cross-functional technology teams and delivering complex software in agile environments
• Solid understanding of cloud-native platforms, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with payments, collections, finance, accounting, or subledger platforms is a strong advantage
• Strong interest in AI-native software development with hands-on exposure to AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, or AI-enabled delivery practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
