You collaborate with business stakeholders and global partners to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that enable commercial and service operations. This role emphasizes process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across complex organizations. - Serve as the functional lead for SAP SD/CS in strategic CAPEX and transformation projects
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead functional design across Sales, Customer Service, and related processes
- Provide design, deployment, testing, and hypercare support across project lifecycles
- Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, and external partners
- Drive harmonization of Order-to-Cash and Service Management processes
- Support testing, training, and user adoption initiatives




- Ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives and architectural standards
- Manage enhancements, changes, and issue resolution in SAP SD/CS

- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years SAP SD/CS experience (or Master's with 4+ years)
- Strong functional expertise in SAP SD and Customer Service
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash, Service Management, and related processes
- Experience delivering SAP projects in global organizations
- Contributions to transformation, ERP implementation, or large CAPEX programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective engagement with technical teams and business stakeholders at multiple levels
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
