- Translate the L&D; roadmap into an annual learning plan and global delivery calendar
- Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes
- Coordinate content vendors, ensuring quality, prioritization and SLA compliance
- Oversee LMS operations, content administration and data integrity
- Support the launch and operation of Corporate, Industry and Technology Academies
- Drive deployment and adoption of learning programmes across multiple countries
- Monitor compliance training completion and elevate risks or gaps
- Produce KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement of learning processes and programmes

Requirements

- Proven track record in global Learning & Development programme management and LMS platforms administration
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Postgraduate studies are valued
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and learning programme delivery
- Strong competencies in project management and data-driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics)
- Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional teams and external vendors




- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Spanish will be valued
