Are you passionate about Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms and looking to grow your career in a global cyber security environment?

We're looking for a Junior RSA Archer Developer / GRC Specialist to join an international Cyber Risk Management team that plays a key role within a integral Cyber Security organization.

In this position, you'll work with experienced cyber security professionals and help support, enhance, and develop GRC solutions that enable risk management and compliance activities across a global enterprise.

What you'll be doing
Configure, maintain, and improve RSA Archer applications and workflows
Support platform implementations, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users
Contribute to IT Risk Management, Governance, and Vulnerability Management processes
Collaborate with global stakeholders across Europe and Asia
Participate in cybersecurity and GRC-related projects while gaining exposure to a large international environment

What we're looking for




Experience with RSA Archer (configuration, implementation, development, or administration)
Knowledge of GRC processes such as IT Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or Vulnerability Management
Experience working with integrations, APIs, or middleware technologies (REST/SOAP)
Background in IT support, application management, software development, or enterprise platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English

Nice to have
Experience with alternative GRC platforms such as:
