- Lead or support CAPEX project planning, budgeting, execution and financial follow-up in the EMEA region
- Develop and validate new equipment solutions with emphasis on automation and digitalization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address technical requests
- Support standardization of the CMMS and management of critical spare parts
- Develop data management solutions to streamline processes across manufacturing sites




- Possible short placements in Production and Technology and exposure to EHu0026S and Finance
- Participate in engineering rotations abroad and site visits to broaden process and technology understandingResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Up to 2 years of experience including internship or student projects
- Exposure to PLC programming and automation integration is a strong advantage
- Strong desire to learn and make an impact in polymer and chemical industry
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Active listening and ability to work independently and in a team
- EU Category B driving license
