You will coordinate onboarding, monitor lifecycle changes, maintain audit-ready records, and support governance and audits in a highly regulated environment. - Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of employees subject to regulatory competence requirements
- Coordinate onboarding for regulated roles with required qualifications and documentation
- Monitor lifecycle changes (transfers, promotions, leave, departures) affecting regulatory status
- Maintain compliance records (CPD, qualifications, integrity, supervision)
- Track certification deadlines, document validity, and regulatory obligations with proactive follow-up
- Collaborate with employees, managers, Compliance, Lu0026D, and HR to close gaps and ensure timely completion
- Track exceptions, remediation plans, overdue actions, and compliance risks with escalation as needed
- Produce compliance dashboards, management reports, certification reporting, and governance materials
- Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, compliance testing, and remediation efforts
- Maintain audit-ready records and evidence of regulatory compliance
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to strengthen controls and automate
- Support audits and governance committees with evidence and reportingResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in HR Operations, Compliance Administration, Regulatory Governance, Audit Support, Risk Management, or similar
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services, insurance, healthcare)
- Strong record management and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
- Knowledge of FSMA, IDD, FCA, MiFID or similar is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel
- Experience with HR systems like Workday, LMS, and SharePoint
- Experience producing dashboards and compliance metrics
- Proactive, organized, solution-focused with continuous improvement mindset
- Experience supporting audits, governance committees, or regulatory inspections
- Knowledge of process automation and AI-enabled solutions
- Experience implementing process improvements and strengthening controls
