Experteer Overview As Sense Engineering Manager, you lead the engineering organization behind Ford's parametric anomaly detection portfolio across five streams. You own capability, capacity, technical integrity and operating health, collaborating with Sense Product Managers and cross-functional teams. The role scales from plant-level value to general deployment, focusing on sustainable, safe and reliable systems. You will foster an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture and drive architecture and deployment governance across cloud, edge and plant environments. - Lead, develop and grow the Sense Engineering Team with clear roles and development plans
- Manage engineering capacity, demand and resource gaps with transparent reporting
- Define and apply architectural principles and technical standards across streams
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, observable and maintainable across cloud, edge and plant environments
- Design and operate the L2/L3 support model with defined ownership, runbooks and escalation paths




- Establish incident management and learning-review practices to reduce recurring issues
- Embed engineers in product discovery and engage with plant users to validate technical assumptions
- Drive deployment readiness, automation, reusable patterns and evidence for MRL progression
- Embed engineers in product streams and coordinate with Head of Product and Product Managers
- Build an inclusive culture of quality, learning, collaboration and production ownershipResponsabilidades
