Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead AI/ML programs that drive digital transformation across industrial businesses, coordinating global teams and governance. You will act as Global Scrum Master, guiding cross-functional delivery from concept to deployment and ensuring measurable business value. The position emphasizes practical, scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with business needs in complex industrial settings. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, stakeholders, and partners to optimize delivery while applying Lean principles.

• Lead planning and execution of AI/ML programs across multiple teams and geographies
• Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, priorities, risks, and issues
• Act as General Scrum Master for cross-functional teams and manage backlogs
• Manage AI/ML initiatives from Proof of Concept to MVP and deployment
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, architects, stakeholders, and external providers to drive delivery and value
• Apply Lean principles to reduce waste and improve delivery efficiency
• Ensure programs operate safely and with quality in complex industrial environments




• Align delivery with NPI/Stage-Gate governance and provide clear progress reporting
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans as a coordination point
• Track delivery performance, adoption, and business impact with RAID management

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related field
• Extensive experience in program management, PMO, and Scrum Master roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and delivering through teams
• Extensive experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, energy, automotive, aerospace, etc.) with understanding of NPI/Stage-Gate
• Solid understanding of AI/ML programs including development, integration, deployment, and adoption
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and executive reporting; fluent English
