Описание:Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, helping legal professionals and law firms work smarter, faster, and more securely while increasing access to justice.Задачи:- Lead and supervise an accounting team of 2–3 people, ensuring effective task distribution and professional development- Prepare group consolidation adjustments- Analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences between local GAAP and US GAAP- Prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group- Perform Flux Analysis and justify the main variances- Collaborate on external audits- Assist in reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements- Provide financial reports to senior management and assist in analyzing financial results and KPIs- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of group accounting records- Oversee and review group accounting operations across the group- Guarantee compliance with local and integral accounting regulations across the group- Participate in implementing and enhancing accounting tools and ERP systems- Implement process improvements to optimize time and resources- Propose and execute automation and efficiency initiatives within financial processesТребования:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
