Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive finance-enabled delivery for new products, non-standard deals, and strategic partnerships within Criteo. You will represent Finance in cross-functional squads and shape scalable, finance-safe structures that meet commercial needs. You ensure governance, end-to-end processes, and standardization as NBFE scales from ideation to GA. This is a pivotal role for accelerating Criteo’s Commerce Media Platform evolution and cross-functional collaboration. You will help turn recurring patterns into reusable standards and guide stakeholders through go-live and hypercare, delivering measurable financial and operational impact.

• Represent Finance in cross-functional squads from ideation through run
• Advise on scalable, finance-safe deal structures that balance revenue and costs
• Lead Finance Viability assessments across commercial models, billing, tax, accounting, reporting
• Translate finance requirements into actionable tickets and acceptance criteria for product teams
• Drive go-live and hypercare with monitoring of financial and operational metrics
• Industrialize new business patterns by designing standardized enablers and reusable offers
• Contribute to the NBFE standards catalog and playbooks
• Governance support:



pre-approvals, DoA, fast-track vs standard review, defined RACI and SLAs
• Document end-to-end processes, including controls and roles
• Communicate status, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Finance, Consulting, Audit or Project/Program Management
• Strong finance background in O2C, revenue recognition, and tax/legal entity considerations
• Experience in AdTech or digital platforms is a strong plus
• Solid project/program management skills with planning, risk management and RAID tracking
• Ability to translate business requirements into system and data implications
• Advanced analytical skills to model complex commercial scenarios and impacts
• Proven end-to-end process leadership across multiple teams and systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executives
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
