The Opportunity

Build your career in the sunny coastal city of Valencia! We are looking for motivated German-Speaking Customer Advisors to join our growing international fintech project. Whether you bring prior banking experience or are looking to start fresh, we provide full training to set you up for success.

In this role, you will represent a leading financial institution—helping customers navigate digital banking platforms, manage accounts, and solve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

- Provide Multichannel Support: Assist German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding transactions and digital tools.

- Deliver Solutions: Analyze customer needs to resolve inquiries efficiently using a human-first approach.

- Uphold Security Standards: Ensure compliance with financial protocols and data protection regulations.

- Drive Quality: Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Comprehensive Training Program

- Duration: Initial 5-week paid onboarding program covering banking software, compliance,



and communication standards.

- Hours: Starts at 09:00–15:00 and expands to a full 35-hour week as training progresses.

Shifts & Location

Choose your fixed schedule preference prior to starting:

- Morning Shift: 07:00–16:00

- Afternoon Shift: 14:00–24:00

- Workplace: 100% On-site at our Valencia office.

What We Look For

- Languages: Native/C1-C2 German and B2 English proficiency.

- Work Authorization: Valid EU work permit and current residence in Valencia (or willingness to relocate).

- Profile: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Experience in customer service or finance is welcome, but candidate motivation and potential are key.

Salary & Compensation Package

- Base Salary: €21,000 gross annual.

- KPI Bonus: Up to €1,200 annual performance bonus.
