As part of our Repairs team, youll be responsible for delivering a high-quality, safe and responsive repairs service across our homes. Youll use your multi-trade skills to complete a wide range of repairs, installations and maintenance works, helping to keep our customers homes safe, well maintained and in good condition.
Youll work across a range of responsive repairs, small works, complaint works and works relating to the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Youll take ownership of your jobs from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered within the required timescales, to the right quality standard and, wherever possible, completed first time.
Were looking for someone with previous experience in a similar all-round multi-trade role, working within occupied properties for a social housing provider. Youll have the practical skills and experience to undertake repairs and installations across a range of trades, including plumbing,



carpentry, plastering, tiling, flooring and UPVC.
Youll also be confident in scoping and delivering small works, including identifying resource requirements, ordering materials and ensuring works are completed effectively. Experience using mobile devices and digital systems, including PDA technology and van stock processes, will be important, alongside a strong understanding of safe systems of work, relevant legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice and recognised industry standards.

Youll work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams, communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers, and take a safety-first approach to everything you do.
