Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional, expert-level technical assistance for a market-leading consumer electronics brand.
Resolve complex hardware and software inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels in French.
Educate customers on the latest innovations and functionalities of high-end tech devices.




Document customer interactions with precision to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Provide personalized solutions to enhance user experience and brand loyalty within the tech industry.
Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot emerging technical issues effectively.
Maintain a deep knowledge base of all consumer electronics product specifications and updates.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in customer service or a strong passion for the consumer electronics industry.
Excellent communication skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.
