We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for the French Speaking Microsoft Customer Experts position in Greece, representing one of the world's most innovative IT giants. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and consultation to Microsoft clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure and software issues within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering premium technical solutions in the French language.




Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve escalated technical cases efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest developments within the IT industry to ensure accurate product guidance.
Document technical resolutions in our database to contribute to our internal knowledge base.
Act as a brand ambassador for Microsoft, ensuring every interaction aligns with their general excellence standards.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Strong passion for the IT industry and a foundational understanding of software systems.
Professional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is highly advantageous.
Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join our onsite international team.
