Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Estonian-speaking clients, providing high-quality support within the Customer Support Services sector.

Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions to ensure quality assurance in service delivery.




Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and improve the overall client experience.
Represent the company brand with professionalism and linguistic precision in all Estonian communications.
Contribute to the success of Estonian-speaking jobs by consistently hitting performance targets and service level agreements.
Participate in ongoing product training to remain an expert resource for your client base.
Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) for seamless relocation to Bulgaria.
Proven experience in a professional customer-facing or support environment.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
Strong proficiency in English for inter-office collaboration.
