As an Audiovisual Producer at Fever, you will transform creative concepts into compelling photo and video content for our social and digital channels. You will manage end-to-end production, from briefs to delivery for post-production, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work shapes Fever’s general campaigns and helps connect audiences with live experiences. This role offers hands-on production in a fast-moving, creative environment with a strong impact on brand storytelling.

• Coordinate the audiovisual production process from concept to delivery for post-production
• Represent the audiovisual production area as an expert across environments
• Coordinate multiple teams through the production lifecycle
• Participate in selecting and hiring audiovisual production freelancers or agencies in various cities
• Contribute to developing creative concepts and technical briefs for production management
• Help build a database and network of contacts in the industry




• Select and validate raw footage and assets for creative development
• Manage regular production tasks: contracts, documents, licensing, billing

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative production role at a creative agency or similar environment
• Knowledge of technical equipment, camera files and technical specifications
• Experience with digital files management and storage systems
• Deep passion for digital marketing and social media
• Proactivity and ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-moving environment
• Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish
• Based in Madrid
