CareTech | B2B | Alicante / Murcia | ContractHooleTee is an Estonian care technology platform supporting the delivery and management of home-based services.We are now entering the Spanish market and looking for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships professional to help us secure our first local care-company partner in Spain.The roleYou will be responsible for developing our first B2B relationships in Spain and turning qualified opportunities into commercial partnerships.Your responsibilities will include:identifying and approaching relevant B2B prospects; connecting withfounders, owners and senior decision-makers; presenting our technology and partnership opportunity; qualifying commercial opportunities; arrangingand participating in meetings; supporting negotiations and the sales process through to agreement; supporting Spanish-English communication during meetings when required.You will work directly with the founder and management team.About youWe are looking for someone who:is fluent in Spanish and English; has proven B2B sales or business development experience; is confident approaching senior decision-makers; has experience taking opportunities from first contact towards closing; is commerciallyminded, proactive and independent; is based in or has strong knowledge of the Alicante / Murcia region.Experience in healthcare, care services, SaaS, HealthTech or B2B technology is an advantage.What we offerThis is initially a paid project-based role with performance-based compensation and the possibility of developing into a longer-term role as we expand in Spain.We are looking for someone who enjoys building new business relationships, opening markets and creating opportunities from the ground up.To apply, please send us a short introduction about your B2B business development experience, your experience in the Spanish market and your availability to start.
