Experteer Overview
In this Engineering Manager role, you will lead and grow a team while staying close to impactful work, shaping AI-native approaches across the product. You’ll help reimagine software design for AI-powered workflows that improve real business outcomes. You’ll partner with the business to translate problems into engineering initiatives and coach engineers to reach their full potential. This is a hands-on leadership position at a fast-growing SaaS company with a strong product impact and a clear AI-driven vision.

• Lead and grow the engineering team, including hiring and developing talent

• Review RFCs and push for efficient, high-quality implementations
• Coordinate initiatives across teams to align platform and services

• Conduct regular 1:1s focused on individual growth and well-being
• Partner with other engineering managers to coordinate cross-team efforts

• Contribute to design of scalable APIs and integration efforts
• Engage with stakeholders to balance speed, quality, and business value

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer or similar role
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong API design experience (REST, GraphQL) and building integrations
• Experience with scalability, performance, and quality in production
• Business mindset and ability to connect technical decisions to customer outcomes
• Curiosity about the business and ability to translate it into technical choices
• Ability to lead through honest, Socratic discussions and collaboration
• Experience with AI-powered features or workflows and production readiness
• Ability to review and ship AI-generated code safely
• Understanding of LLM limitations and safe use of AI in systems
