Experteer Overview As Staff Product Engineer, you will own end-to-end features that tie AI, data, and product experiences to business value. You’ll work across the full stack, collaborating with Product and Design to shape problems, define success metrics, and iterate based on data at scale. You’ll translate ambiguous opportunities into solid systems, balancing UX, performance, and business impact. - Own features end-to-end from problem framing with Product/Design to delivery and measurement
- Bridge AI/data capabilities with product experiences across web and native apps
- Design reusable components and framework-agnostic modules for multiple frontends
- Decide SSR vs CSR/hybrid approaches based on SEO, performance, and personalization needs
- Contribute to internal platforms, product-heavy backends, and data workflows
