Experteer Overview
As a Web Implementation Consultant at Avature, you will design, configure, and implement Portal Apps solutions using our platform and templates. You work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business and UX needs into scalable web experiences. You own end-to-end projects, from scope to deployment and stabilization, applying best practices to deliver high-quality solutions. This role blends web development, consulting, and customer interaction to help clients achieve success with Avature’s platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build Portal Apps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (and PHP when applicable)
• Configure and tailor solutions within Avature’s platform
• Apply reusable templates and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions
• Translate business and UX requirements into functional and technical implementations
• Collaborate with customers, analysts, developers, and other technical team members to define the best solution
• Manage project activities from scope confirmation through implementation and deployment
• Coordinate customer communication and feedback throughout the implementation process
• Support customers during Go-Live and stabilization




• Maintain and enhance existing Portal Apps by implementing changes and addressing technical issues
• Share insights and customer feedback to improve Portal Apps and Avature’s platform
• Continuously expand knowledge of web technologies, platform configuration, and implementation practices

Responsabilidades
• Solid technical foundation and knowledge of web programming
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into web-based solutions
• Interest in working directly with customers and participating in solution definition
• Proficient in English
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities
• Preferred: Knowledge of PHP
• Preferred: Experience in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles
• Preferred: Experience managing projects from definition through implementation
