Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end UX design for Pearson’s English Language Learning digital products. You’ll lead as the primary designer in cross-functional squads, translating user needs and business goals into accessible, engaging experiences. You’ll prototype, test, and refine designs, aligning with Pearson standards and embracing AI-enabled approaches where suitable. This position sits in the ELL Product organization in Spain, offering impact through shaping learner and teacher experiences at scale.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery for digital initiatives
- Own and prioritize design work within cross-functional squads with PMs and engineers
- Translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive experiences
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, content teams, and designers to shape product direction
- Engage stakeholders proactively, define scope, and influence solutions beyond just executing requirements
- Prototype rapidly and validate concepts,



including AI-enabled tooling where appropriate
- Ensure designs align with Pearson design standards, UX patterns, accessibility, and best practices
- Contribute to a collaborative design culture through reviews and knowledge sharing
- Design experiences for complex platforms including learner, teacher, administrator, content, and data-driven contextsResponsabilidades
- Proven experience leading experience design for complex digital products or platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and measurable impact
- Experience designing multi-user experiences on learning platforms, SaaS, dashboards, or content platforms
- Ability to shape work, engage stakeholders, and influence solution direction
- Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders in agile environments
- Independent design decision-making using established frameworks and best practices
