About The Role

You will join the BMP Retail team, where we are driving the adoption of AI-first engineering practices, Agentic AI, and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) across multiple lines of business. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building intelligent, scalable, and production-ready solutions that accelerate software delivery while ensuring quality, governance, and compliance.

You enjoy solving complex business challenges, working at the intersection of software engineering and AI, and translating abstract ideas into structured specifications and practical solutions. What You Do

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities,



translating them into clear solution requirements and success criteria.
Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, defining domain models, API contracts, data schemas, decision rules, and policies that serve as the foundation for development and automation.
Drive the adoption of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices, using specifications as a single source of truth to enable AI-assisted generation, validation, testing, and documentation of software solutions.
Develop and integrate AI-powered tools, agents, and orchestrators that improve efficiency, quality, and speed throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Design and implement robust integrations with internal APIs, databases, search platforms, and enterprise services while ensuring secure access control and governance standards.
