Summary

At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for creative, organized, and proactive students to join our Marketing Internship Program. If you are passionate about branding, storytelling, digital media, and learning how a luxury hotel shapes its public image, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within our Marketing & Communications team.

The Marketing Trainee plays an important role in supporting daily marketing activities, helping to strengthen our brand presence, enhance guest engagement, and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

Support the organization and execution of events and brand activations, including internal events, influencer visits, and marketing experiences
Create digital and visual content for different hotel departments
Update and adapt marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, menus, signage, and website content
Participate in the management, execution, and planning of the LinkedIn strategy for the hotel
Assist in preparing content and supporting digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with F&B;, Sales, Rooms, Events, and other departments to gather content and information
Help track engagement, trends, and opportunities across digital platforms

Who You Are

Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality, Business student,or any other with eagerness to learn (able to sign an internship agreement)
Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus
