We are currently seeking talented professionals for the French Speaking Customer Care Experts position in Greece, located in the historic and sun-drenched city of Athens. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality omni-channel support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Represent major global brands within the Customer Support Services industry with professionalism and empathy.
Resolve complex inquiries,



ensuring customer satisfaction and high-level service standards are maintained.
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within the company’s CRM database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring product or service issues.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and refined customer experience techniques.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by sharing insights and best practices.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Excellent English proficiency to navigate training and internal communications.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a Customer Support Services career.
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
