We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the French Speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional technical support to customers regarding telecommunications products and electronics.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for general consumers via phone, email, and chat.




Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on the latest electronics and telecommunications services.
Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a seamless service experience.
Stay up-to-date with evolving telecommunications technology to provide informed guidance to users.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize service efficiency and internal communication workflows.
Represent the brand with professionalism and expertise in every customer touchpoint.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proven passion for technology and the telecommunications industry.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while based in Greece.
High level of English proficiency to ensure effective internal team collaboration.
