This French Speaking Zalando Customer Expert position in Greece offers a unique opportunity to represent a integral fashion powerhouse while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle through our supported jobs in Greece program.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service support for fashion retail inquiries across multiple channels.
Resolve complex order, delivery, and return queries with a high degree of empathy and efficiency.
Maintain deep knowledge of online and offline retail trends to provide expert guidance to customers.
Manage customer accounts, payment issues,



and loyalty program queries to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize retail service processes and customer journeys.
Act as a brand ambassador for Zalando, reflecting the values of one of Europe's largest fashion retailers.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism in alignment with corporate data privacy standards.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Proven experience in customer service or the retail industry is highly preferred.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece is required.
Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
Passionate about fashion and the evolving landscape of online retail.
