We are currently seeking a motivated candidate for an Estonian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join our dynamic team in Sofia. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring satisfaction in the Customer Support Services sector.
Resolve complex inquiries and technical issues with a professional and empathetic tone.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our internal CRM system.




Act as a primary brand ambassador for our international clients, upholding the highest standards of service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate critical trends or system errors.
Contribute to the success of the department by consistently meeting individual and team KPIs.
Participate in ongoing training to master new products and support workflows.
Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to this Estonian speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
Previous experience in a professional Customer Support Services environment is considered a distinct advantage.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
