We are currently seeking polished professionals for the French Speaking Pandora Customer Experts position in Greece, representing one of the world’s most iconic jewelry brands. Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium, personalized customer service experiences for Pandora clients in French.
Maintain the brand's luxury aesthetic through every interaction across phone, email, and chat.
Expertly assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and exclusive service requests.




Demonstrate deep product knowledge to act as a brand ambassador for Pandora's high-end jewelry collections.
Resolve complex issues with the grace and sophistication expected within the luxury goods industry.
Collaborate with general teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service standards.
Contribute to the success of one of the most sought-after French-speaking jobs currently available in the region.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Professional proficiency in English for effective communication within the company.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to qualify for this international opportunity.
A genuine passion for the luxury goods industry and an eye for detail.
Previous experience in high-end customer care or retail is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to client problem-solving.
