Experteer Overview
As Senior Product Designer, you will lead the evolution of Fever’s design system into a scalable, future-proof foundation that supports product velocity, consistency, accessibility, and multi-brand flexibility. You’ll bridge Design, Engineering, and Product to unify standards and tooling across platforms and partners. You will own the design system lifecycle, define tokens and theming, and ensure accessibility and internationalization. This role offers high-impact work enabling rapid, consistent product experiences at a global scale.

• Define and execute the roadmap to scale the design system across web, mobile, and other platforms
• Lead cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and brand design teams to drive adoption and consistency
• Advocate for the design system as a strategic foundation for scalability and multi-brand flexibility
• Own the full lifecycle of the design system: audit, define, build, document, maintain
• Define design tokens, theming architecture, and multi-brand support (white-labeling)
• Consider future headless/decoupled architectures for long-term flexibility




• Build and refine component libraries using tools like Figma and Storybook
• Integrate accessibility and internationalization standards into core design principles
• Collaborate with engineers to create scalable, reusable components in the codebase
• Produce clear documentation and governance guidelines to empower designers and developers
• Coach teams on using, extending, and contributing to the design system
• Develop internal education programs to promote Design System literacy and best practices through hands-on sessions

Responsabilidades
• Proven track record of scaling a design system in a high-growth environment
• Experience with design token architecture, multi-brand theming, and accessibility (WCAG)
• Fluency with Figma, Storybook, Zeroheight, and component-based frontend frameworks (e.g., Svelte, SwiftUI, Compose)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
