Experteer Overview
In this role you support international programs within Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, ensuring accurate policy administration and reliable service delivery for International Insurance Programs, with a focus on the Swiss market. You work closely with underwriting, clients, brokers, and network partners to keep processes smooth and compliant. You’ll handle policy issuance, data accuracy, and collaboration across teams to resolve issues promptly. This position offers exposure to multinational program operations and a hybrid work setup in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Drive implementation and service delivery for international programs across stages to ensure quality and consistency
• Coordinate policy and invoice issuance using IT tools for producing and local offices
• Manage Pre-Quote and Pre-Bind processes, service exceptions, and endorsements between offices and network partners
• Monitor program performance, identify bottlenecks, and maintain service levels
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting to understand cash positions and update clients
• Coordinate with Claims to ensure timely information exchange with clients
• Maintain accurate records across systems and tools
• Prepare policies,
certificates, invoices, endorsements, and other contractual documents
• Perform initial deal analysis and prepare account data including tax calculations
• Verify data accuracy from source documents and resolve inconsistencies
• Support SOP development and participate in system/tool improvements and testing
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of the Swiss Insurance market and Multinational Program Business
• Swiss Property Insurance knowledge
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong relationship-building across cultures and functions
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
• Experience with IT tools and systems used in policy administration or underwriting support
