Experteer Overview In this role, you support global SAP Concur rollouts and the deployment of Liebherr's travel and expense template across multiple countries. You join an international, cross-functional team driving digital transformation and process standardization in a hybrid Madrid setting. You will translate requirements into Concur configurations, lead workshops, and enable user adoption while ensuring alignment with the global template. - Translate local requirements into fit-to-template Concur configurations (Travel u0026 Expense, approvals, policies)
- Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders across all project phases
- Conduct fit-to-template workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer
- Support change management and user adoption for Concur processes
- Create solution documentation using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with international,

- 3–5 years of professional experience with SAP Concur or Travel u0026 Expense solutions
- Hands-on experience configuring SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel)
- Strong understanding of travel and expense processes in multinational environments and integration with ERP solutions
- Ability to translate business challenges into SAP solutions that drive efficiency
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for task management and collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.G., German) are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
