Business Analyst / Consultant – ERP (JD Edwards)We are looking for Business Analysts to support a global pharmaceutical transformation programme. The role will focus on translating business requirements into functional solutions across finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement, with particular expertise in JD Edwards.Start Date: 1 November 2026Duration: 12 months with a possible extensionLocation: Madrid, SpainWorking Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the Madrid officeLanguages: English and Spanish requiredKey Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and effective process solutions.- Support finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement processes.- Work with JD Edwards as the primary ERP platform; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision is an advantage.- Support business process transition and integration towards SAP.- Collaborate with integral and local stakeholders,



as well as Shared Service Centre teams.- Support GxP-regulated processes within a pharmaceutical environment.- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.- Contribute to a project-based transformation environment through 2027/28.Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within finance, procurement, ERP, or business transformation.- Strong experience with JD Edwards; Oracle/JD Edwards experience is highly desirable.- Proven experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and process improvements.- Strong understanding of finance, controlling, and procurement processes, particularly indirect procurement.- Experience working with Shared Service Centres and geographically distributed teams.- Pharmaceutical or GxP experience is strongly preferred.- Exposure to SAP transformation or migration projects is an advantage.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
