We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Danish Speaking Customer Experts for Mercedes-Benz position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, providing world-class support to automotive clients.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle features, maintenance, and navigation systems.
Manage high-quality communication via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical and administrative automotive queries.




Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest automotive product lines and technological advancements.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering precise, professional, and empathetic solutions in Danish.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery within the automotive sector.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience processes.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A strong passion for the automotive industry and high-end brand representation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while based in Greece.
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly valued.
