Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support for Dyson’s innovative range of premium consumer electronics products.
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
Educate users on the advanced features and maintenance of high-end home appliances.
Manage order tracking, warranties, and service appointments with professional precision.




Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering personalized and effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical concerns promptly.
Ensure all client interactions align with Dyson’s luxury brand identity and general standards.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong command of the English language to facilitate internal team communication.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
