In this Growth role, you will help improve Fever’s performance across markets by steering data-driven growth initiatives. You will own strategic decisions for your business line and design scalable, end-to-end projects with high impact. You will collaborate across international teams in up to 40 countries, aligning growth efforts with Fever’s mission. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape growth through cross-functional leadership and data-informed decision making.

• Proven track record leading teams or key projects
• Engineering bachelor's or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background
• Data-driven with strong ability to translate numbers into strategy
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Native/bilingual English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency strongly preferred
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker
• Experience with Chinese consumer areas (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)
• Interest in developing your career at Fever and working from Madrid
