As an AI Analyst Manufacturing, you translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions for Essity's global factories. You will support Manufacturing IT, drive AI adoption, and modernize applications across Tissue, Personal Care, and Medical businesses. You collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to improve processes, software delivery, and quality. This role offers the chance to shape how AI transforms manufacturing at scale and contribute to a mission of well-being. • Create and optimize prompts, validate AI outputs, and develop reusable AI-assisted development playbooks
• Lead AI-assisted modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native solutions

and architecture best practices
• Identify opportunities to automate development activities and coach peers on AI usage

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Experience combining software engineering and business analysis in complex IT environments
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated processes with understanding of shop floor workflows
• Programming in C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript; Azure cloud technologies; DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing; containerization
