Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape and lead the One Search strategy across divisions, aligning paid search, SEO, Amazon, TikTok Search, and emerging AI-driven environments to drive business growth in Spain and Portugal. You will collaborate with marketing teams, agencies, and stakeholders to translate brand priorities into effective search activations. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, advancing AI-powered search capabilities and ensuring technical excellence. - Define and lead the One Search strategy across divisions
- Integrate Paid Search, SEO, Amazon, TikTok Search, and emerging AI environments
- Drive AI-powered search initiatives and expand paid media opportunities
- Maintain performance standards and KPI-driven optimization (SEA rules, naming conventions, housekeeping)
- Lead SEO-to-GEO visibility and campaign performance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Media teams to translate brand priorities into search activations




- Act as the main point of contact for media agencies across Paid and Organic Search
- Promote adoption of best practices and enable the Media Community with tools and know-how
