This is an exciting opportunity to work with a game-changing digital marketing tool used by businesses worldwide, focusing directly on the dynamic Dutch market. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in onboarding high-potential companies, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and unlocking growth opportunities through strategic Google Ads campaigns.

Onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC/Google Ads campaigns tailored to their goals.
Outbound Engagement:

Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to introduce services, understand client objectives, and recommend customized solutions.
Build results-driven campaigns optimized for immediate performance and long-term success.
Growth & Upselling:

Take ownership of expanding account budgets and identifying key upselling opportunities within your portfolio.
Database & CRM Management:





Maintain, update, and manage customer records with accurate, high-quality data.

Language Proficiency:

C2 level fluency in both

Dutch

and

English

Education:

BA/BS degree (a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred).
CRM & Tech Savvy:

Strong background in managing client relationships through CRM systems; Specialized Skills for the Dutch Market

Market Nuance:

Deep understanding of Dutch business culture, etiquette, and local market practices.
Digital Ecosystem:

Strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape in the Netherlands to position Google Ads effectively.
Clear understanding of local data privacy regulations (e.g., Hybrid Work Model:

2 days on-site, 3 days remote.
