Experteer Overview In this role you help sustain Ryanair’s growing fleet by delivering avionics-focused technical support and engineering actions. You’ll review service bulletins, support Maintrol and maintenance activities, and resolve avionics issues in collaboration with manufacturers. You contribute to reliability improvements and prepare operator documents to keep the fleet compliant and efficient. This position offers exposure to Boeing relationships, fleet expansion, and meaningful impact on safe, on-time operations.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Review and interpret Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives
- Provide troubleshooting support to Maintrol, base and line maintenance
- Support the Reliability section in identifying and solving repetitive fleet failures
- Generate and edit operator documents (MEL; Tech Notices; Procedures Notices)
- Support aircraft lease returns related to avionics issues
- Liaise with Boeing and equipment manufacturers on technical resolutions
- Issue engineering orders and prepare technical reports (e.G., incidents,



significant defects)Responsabilidades
- At least 3 years' experience in an airline Tech Services or line maintenance role with strong avionics input
- Engineering degree in Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronic or B-2 license
- Excellent technical knowledge of primarily A320 and B737
- Versátil with project delivery and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills (in-person and electronic)
- Computer literate with MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a collaborative team and deliver under tight timelines
