Experteer Overview In this role you will plan production, purchasing and distribution of Finished Goods, balancing service, inventory and costs. You will work across planning, manufacturing, logistics and customer care to ensure SEMI/FINI availability and accurate master data. You’ll optimize network settings and replenishment models in the planning system, while maintaining data integrity. This is a cross-functional, growth-focused position in a global paints company that values inclusion and development. - Plan production, purchase and distribution of Finished Goods, balancing service, inventory and cost trade-offs
- Manage exceptions and planning activities to ensure SEMI/FINI availability for the master production plan per MRP parameters and supplier contracts
- Ensure correct network settings and replenishment models are applied in the planning system




- Ensure master data accuracy and proper housekeeping of transactional data
- Maintain effective communication and alignment with planning teams, manufacturing scheduling, logistics, customer care and other stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- University education with degree or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years experience in Supply Planning in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail
- Experience in SAP and BI for supply planning
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to structure issues and synthesize recommendations
- Strong desire to challenge and improve status quo
- High English level
