Experteer Overview As Platform Engineer at Holcim, you will deliver a multi-cloud and edge platform enabling product teams to build, deploy, and operate independently with enterprise-grade security, reliability, and cost efficiency. You’ll work within Group IT in close collaboration with security, legal, privacy, finance, and regional/global IT to align with policies and legal frameworks. You will shape the platform framework, governance, and self-service capabilities that empower ~30 environments, 55 business products, and ~30 product teams. Expect to drive automation, standardization, and cost control at scale, with a clear impact on agility and risk management.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Provision and manage cloud and edge infrastructure as code across compute, storage, networking, identity and secrets.
- Develop and extend the in-house platform framework for policy enforcement, safety gates, and immutable audit evidence.
- Encode standards and controls as executable policies to prevent non-compliant configurations.
- Build self-service interfaces for product teams to provision resources without tickets.
- Contribute reusable tooling,



templates and components; peer-review specifications and code.
- Design and maintain platform and network architectures (VPC, DNS, load balancing, NAT, VPN, interconnect, firewall rules).
- Oversee identity and access architecture (IAM, service accounts) and security tooling (WAF, key management, vulnerability management).
- Operate services across full lifecycle; lead incident response; implement monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting.
- Manage platform cost, capacity planning, and per-product cost reporting.
- Onboard product teams to platform services; diagnose and resolve integrations.
- Maintain architecture docs, runbooks, and audit trails; support GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001 compliance.Responsabilidades
