Experteer Overview In this role, you will own and evolve Nexthink's observability platform to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery. You will work closely with a large engineering organization to set technical direction and implement scalable, production-grade solutions. You will apply AI and large language models to automate root-cause analysis and surface improvement opportunities. Your work will focus on reliability, performance, and governance of the observability stack, delivering impact across the business. This is a high-visibility, autonomous position with direct influence on engineering efficiency and customer value.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design, develop, and own an advanced observability platform integrated via APIs using DataDog, AWS, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry and more.
- Leverage AI/LLM capabilities to automate root-cause analysis and surface improvements across the platform.
- Administer and optimize the observability platform for performance, reliability, cost, and governance.
- Monitor,



troubleshoot, and iterate on solutions to ensure production-level reliability and efficiency.Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS projects
- Experience with observability systems; DataDog a plus
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience with IaC tools for cloud/observability resources
- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS fundamentals
- Knowledge of security requirements and best practices in SaaS
- Understanding of SRE challenges
- Ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day work
- Ability to lead cross-team communications
- Self-motivated, organized, solution-oriented
