Experteer Overview
In this role you design data-driven solutions to boost operational performance at scale within FedEx GTS Europe. You will build data, reporting, workforce management, and governance capabilities across Operations, Technology, Data u0026amp; AI, and Compliance. You’ll deliver scalable analytics and AI governance, leveraging Power BI to provide actionable insights for intelligent decision-making, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance. This position offers exposure to large-scale European transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Design and maintain data solutions to support operational reporting and workforce management
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions
• Support data ingestion, integration, and data quality initiatives across multiple systems
• Partner with Operations and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Contribute to AI governance, data governance, and compliance initiatives
• Create operational performance metrics for productivity, service, compliance, workforce management, and customer experience

Compliance Monitoring, and Employee Self-Service reporting)
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Collaborate with customs experts, operations teams, product owners, and technology partners to translate business problems into analytical solutions
• Present technical recommendations and analytical findings to business stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, process engineering, or business intelligence development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience developing reporting and analytics solutions
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
